be composed of six major Symposia, the traditional GLOBECOM General Conference
addressing a set of current communication topics, and R&D Tutorials
and Workshops. You are invited to submit original technical papers for
presentation at GLOBECOM 2003 and publication in the Conference Record.
You are invited to submit proposals to conduct R&D Tutorials and Workshops.
